You are required to provide accurate information as well as up-to-date information when purchasing a service or subscription.  Failure to do so will void all agreements between you and I-PAY, Inc and will result in cessation of services.  This information will assist us in customer support as well as fraud protection.


Release and Transmission of Information

I-PAY, Inc. will release information only as required to by law.  I-PAY, Inc. will not sell information to any third party.  Billing information will never be shared with any institution or individual, other than what is necessary to process payments.  I-PAY, Inc.  provides advanced security measures to prevent outside sources from gaining access to any information stored in systems owned and operated by I-PAY, Inc..  Security measures are in place to prevent outside parties to gain physical access to our data storage and hosting centers.  All stored information is also protected behind state of the art firewall security.

In order to process transactions, I-PAY, Inc. will communicate necessary pieces of information with underwriting banks and credit card associations in order to verify a transaction as well as to protect against fraud.  Certain encryption standards are in place with underwriting banks as well as the credit card associations in order to maximize the protection and security of the transmitted data.

I-PAY, Inc. employees will not have access to credit card information.  All other information will only be available for customer support issues and account verification.
